KSA 68:7 - Is Your Host Kosher?

«A person should make inquiries concerning his lodging to ascertain if the owner and his household are honest and trustworthy. If he desires to eat meat...»

Question - How should a Rabbi behave with his community?

Should he
A check out individuals? And eat only where he is comfortable?

B. Trust everyone as having a hezkat Kashrut?

C. Make a policy to trust no individuals at all, and therefore EG either
1 not eat out at all
Or
2 bring his own food
Or
3 supervise his hosts?

Shalom
