Forks in the Road of History: The Significance of Tisha B'Av

Many wonder about the significance of observing Tisha B'Av in our post-Holocaust present world marked by the State of Israel. Their feeling is that if we should mark anything, it is the Holocaust, the presence of which we still feel. Their question, though, is if we should still mark anything as we now do have the State.
