To better understand the mission statement of the organization, allow me to ask a question: Why is it that the book that many of us hold in our hands at least three times a day is not studied in the same manner as we study the Chumasch, the Neviim, the Mishna and the Gemara? Is the expectation that we are all born with an innate understanding of the Siddur?»
