If God is the Rofeh Kol Basar -- and yet He is the cause and determination of all suffering and loss -- how am I to view Him with gratitude when He gives to me after He has deprived me?

Once when playing pond Hockey in Farmington, Ct. I tripped over a crack in the ice and broke a bone in my cheek

A few things conspired for the good
1. An EMT was skating nearby with his girlfriend
2 The Univ of Ct medical Centre was close by
3. On call as attending surgeon was Dr. Petersen, the formeost maxillo-facial surgeon in the State of Ct.

Question - should I have been
A Angry @ G-d for what transpired
B. Praising G-d for the amazing set of co-incidences that conspired to give me the best possible outcome
C. A bit of both?

Extra credit question:
Why Do you suppose Hashem set up this up?

Extra Extra Credit:
What does David Hamelech mean by [Psalm 145:9] Tov Hashem lakkol v'rachamv al kol maasav?

Extra'''

Extra 3rd

What does it mean in psalm 147: livnei Orev asher yiqra'u?

Why do the young ravens need to crow to get their food? Why not just have it w/o need to crow for it?
Shalom,
RRW
